Neutra founder Laïla Tremblay is a member of the Quebec Bar, the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (Quebec), the Chartered Administrators Order of Quebec and the Association of Workplace Investigators. She is an accredited investigator with the Quebec Bar and sits on the Board of Directors of the Chartered Administrators Order of Quebec.
Laïla brings extensive experience as a labour and employment lawyer, having worked with both an international and a national law firm. She has advised and represented clients before administrative and civil tribunals in matters of both individual and collective labour relations, serving companies operating under provincial and federal jurisdictions. Subsequently, she joined a firm specializing in psychological and sexual harassment issues.
Following these experiences, Laïla established Neutra, where she now serves as a neutral and impartial specialist focusing on the prevention, management, and resolution of conflicts. Her expertise is sought by private and public organizations, corporations, and professional firms across provincial and federal domains.
Neutra is a law firm that acts as a neutral and impartial third party in the prevention, management, and resolution of workplace disputes.
We assist companies, professional firms, and organization — both private and public, under provincial or federal jurisdiction — by offering services such as training, mediation, facilitation, work environment analysis, and investigation.
Our expertise covers wide range of workplace issues, such as psychological or sexual harassment, discrimination, abuse of power, disciplinary, professional, or ethical misconduct, violence, incivility, and poor governance.
In cases of harassment, employers, unions, and their legal advisors turn to Neutra to fulfill their obligations under the Act respecting Labour Standards or to comply with internal policies.
We also provide a complete or partial management of complaints.
