With over 15 years of experience in litigation and talent management, Geneviève Ménard is a mediator and investigator accredited by the Quebec Bar, specializing in workplace conflict resolution. She has extensive expertise in harassment investigations and advises organizations on conflict prevention and resolution strategies.
Geneviève began her career handling tax dispute cases at a national law firm, before transitioning to a leadership role as the Director of Human Resources at a large international firm.
As a Member of the Quebec Bar, she utilizes her legal expertise, her master’s degree in taxation, and certification in executive coaching to provide tailored, people-centred solutions.
With a dynamic and diverse career, Daniel Goldwater applies his expertise in workplace harassment investigations with rigour and clarity as a lawyer-investigator accredited by the Quebec Bar. A law graduate from the University of Montreal (2008), he was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2010.
After several years in family law, Daniel developed deep experience in conflict resolution and handling sensitive cases. He later went on to assume the role of Managing Director in a boutique law firm, where he supervised a team of more than 20 legal professionals and administrators while overseeing operations and fostering professional development.
Daniel wrote for the Canadian Bar Association's magazine, won awards for his contributions to the Law Faculty's journal, and contributed to various other legal publications.
A graduate from Université Laval (2021) and a member of the Quebec Bar since 2024, Juliette Harvey Poulier began her career as a prosecutor in criminal and penal prosecutions. This experience allowed her with a strong expertise, which she now applies to the managing and resolving workplace conflicts.
As a lawyer-investigator accredited by the Quebec Bar, Juliette conducts investigations related to psychological harassment. She is recognized for her keen analytical skills, meticulous approach, and commitment to fair and respectful practices.
A third-year Civil Law student at the University of Ottawa, Alexandra Castiel has been contributing her energy and precision to Neutra since 2023. She excels in legal research, drafting memoranda, supporting administrative matters, and collaborating with our legal team on various tasks.
